At Glomani Studios, we provide custom creative services and digital products that require strategic thinking, time, and execution. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final.

By purchasing from Glomani Studios, you agree to the terms below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All payments made toward:

  • Graphic design services

  • Branding projects

  • Flyers

  • Website design

  • Creative direction

  • Consultations

  • Digital templates

  • E-books

  • Vendor lists

  • Courses

  • Any downloadable or custom product are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Creative services cannot be returned once time and strategy have been invested. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, business decisions, personal circumstances, or misunderstandings of scope.

CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By purchasing from Glomani Studios, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services, strategy, or digital access.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • All communication records, project files, time logs, download confirmations, and proof of delivery will be submitted to the payment processor.

  • You will forfeit all usage rights to any designs or materials created.

  • You may be permanently banned from future services.

  • Additional legal action may be pursued if necessary.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft of services.
